BlissOS: no way to use static IP?

I have installed BlissOS on a virtual machine. If I run with DHCP is ok, it gets the IP immediately. But I want to use static IP. On the internet, some people suggest using "ethernet manager", but this application is not available anywhere, searching on Google return network manager only. On another forum, someone said "use netcfg", but this command is also missing. Does anyone know how to configure a static network? It is not wifi, only eth0.
