Chromecast audio mirroring not working on Android 14 from browser

On the Samsung Galaxy A15 phone, Android 14, if I play audio from my radio station’s archive website on the Chrome or Samsung browser, then try to mirror to a Chromecast audio (CCA) puck or to a Xiaomi MiBox 4, the audio does not get redirected. I’ve tried with both the the Google Home app and the quick settings panel “Media output” option. If I try to cast from an app like hoopla digital or VLC it works fine with both redirect methods. But, on my Android 10 tablet, I can cast fine via google Home or the Connection preferences menu option. On Android 14, with google Home, the video will mirror to the MiBox but the audio will come from the phone’s speaker. If I instead use “Media output” option, the panel will show “No media playing” even though it is playing through the speaker; I get this same message if I try to mirror to the CCA puck. In the Chrome menu on the phone, there is no “Cast” option like there is on the PC.
