Netflix scroll inability

I downloaded Netflix from Google Playstore to MX Q PRO 4K for streaming to my Samsung TV but there is no scroll button on Netflix page or on remote so I can't scroll movie-lists or scroll the page or scroll anything, so with the remote for the streaming box I can't scroll and when I instead use the mouse cursor function of the remote there is no scroll bar or scroll arrow on Netflix page to press on to make screen or list scroll.
