msm_otg kernel wakelock preventing deep sleep

Ever since upgrading my stock Sprint Galaxy S3 to the official Jelly Bean release, my phone won't go in deep sleep at all, it's constantly at 384MHz. It's because of msm_otg kernel wakelock.
