make a bootable DVD from an ISO

Is there an APP to make a bootable dvd i am using snow leopard but i do have access to a lion machine. I have an ISO from a legal copy of windows 7 it is a back up cd and yet i am having a hard time making it boot from the cd, the boot camp installer sees it but when I try and boot from it, it gives me a code 5 which is a non-bootable DVD the things i have tried

-burned to usb using dd

-burned to dvd

-restored using disk utils

I just want an app that will make it easy and painless and hopefully free so i can just get my bootcamp working... thanks in advance
