Apple Enterprise account taking too much time for verification

I enrolled in an Apple Enterprise account, and after 13 days I got a call from Apple and they verified my company. They then told me that they will call me again for further verification. Its been 20 days and still no response. I called Apple for the status of my account, but they only have one answer: your enrollment is still being processed -- don't worry. After several months I’m not getting the feeling Apple is going to approve this. Can I take any actions to expedite this?
