Enable “mouse keys” booted to installer/recovery?

install recovery accessibility mouse-keys

                          The installer/recovery partition MAKES you connect a mouse. Is there any way to bypass this requirement (and enable mouse keys) while booted to the Mac Installer / Recovery partition?
