How do I get Mail.app use a template?

It would be very convenient in macOS mail if upon clicking Reply, a simple template would: - insert a "Hi _[first name of recipient from original email]_," - add my signature - quote the original email at the very end (as usual) Any mail.app extensions (plugins) that do this one simple feature?
