Macbook pro fan going on while sleeping

I bought a 2019 15" this month (Jan 2020). Stats:

Processor: 2.6 ghz 6-core i7
Memory: 16gb 2400 MHz DDR4
Graphics: Radeon Pro 555x

It throttles randomly even when I'm not doing anything tasking. I have attached a screenshot of what my activity monitor might look like at any given moment. Cpu (edit): This evening, while it was sleeping it was throttling and thats why I am worried. Any ideas what could be causing this? Could it be because Hyper is running and it uses graphics card?
