Are iOS in-app purchases information not shared on M1 MacBook?

I installed Rosetta Stone app, which is a popular language learning iOS app, on M1 MacBook Air and tried restoring the contents, but it showed there is no items to restore. On iPhone and iPad, I can restore the contents, but for some reasons I couldn't on MacBook Air. I use the same Apple ID and same Rosetta Stone login account. So I wonder if the in-app purchases are not shared between iOS and Apple Silicon MacBooks, or if it depends on each app, or others.
