How to remove Microsoft Defender from macOS Network > Filters & Proxies

I have already uninstalled Microsoft Defender following Microsoft [instructions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-endpoint/mac-resources?view=o365-worldwide#uninstalling) :
> Interactive uninstallation
>
> Open Finder > Applications. Right click on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint > Move to Trash.
Defender is not in my Applications folder anymore.
However, **System Settings** > **Network** > **Filters** > **Filters & Proxies** still show Microsoft Defender, and it is enabled but with a yellow dot.
This filter does not have enabled the option to disable.
Any suggestion how to get rid of this filter?
**Update:** after restarting the machine, the icon is gone, but filter/proxy still shows up:
