All my MacOS 15.11 System Settings Text Replacements have disappeared, But it there any way to restore them?

All my MacOS 15.11 System Settings Text Replacements have disappeared. (Apart from the helpful default O.M.W. > On my way!). They appear to be present on my synced iphone but is there anyway to recover them on my Mac. Previous question seem to conclude they are stored in Cloudkit - which as far as i understand is out of bounds (at least to non Developers). https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/316140/where-are-text-replacements-stored Perhaps I could export them from my iphone and import them into my Mac that could but there's no obvious way I see there. How can I restore these items to macOS?
