Always open finder and Terminal in a new window in current workspace

So I am new to Mac OS and I feel terribly slow. I tried AeroSpace and went back because of my German keyboard. All I want is to have a shortcut (or even via Finder or Raycast) to open the Terminal and Finder (actually any app, but most importantly these two) in a new window in the current space and not just to bring it into focus in the top menu bar, but to actually open it. It can't be that difficult. Actually, what I am looking for is the behavior of right-clicking on the app in the dock and selecting "new window", but as a shortcut. It just pops up in a new window on the current space. I'd appreciate any help a lot!:)
