Recover deleted Chrome profile when Chrome is still running

Due to some weird bugs (? not exactly sure how it happened - I typed too fast) in autocomplete, I accidentally rm -rfed my Chrome profile. I have a backup 12 hours earlier. The main thing that changed are open tabs (sessions), history, and cookies. Is there any way to extract these three (actually sessions are more like 4 files) files? Google Chrome should have them open so the content hasn't been permanently deleted / trimmed from the SSD.
