How to disable "Empty the Trash without confirmation dialog." of Finder?

Finder has a functionality "Empty the Trash without confirmation dialog.". I want disable it completely or disable the shortcut to this functionality The reason I want to disable it is that it is bound to a keyboard shortcut (OptShift Cmd Delete )and I cannot find a way to *disable* the shortcut (to prevent accidental invokes) instead of remapping it to something else. Or maybe I am missing something. How to disable "Empty the Trash without confirmation dialog." of Finder or disable any shortcuts to it?
