launchctl com.apple.bootps: How to disable bootpd/dhcpd when bridge100 adapter comes up?

How can I either stop this service from running or replace the command with another? Is it allowed to modify files in this directory? I see the launchctl plist file in /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/bootps.plist and notice the service starts using port 67 when the VirtualBox HostOnly bridge100 adapter comes up configured. I want to run my own ISC DHCP server instead of the Apple supplied one and this is a conflict.
