MacBook pro Monterey 12.7.6 issues

I'm having multiple issues on a refurbished MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). The battery was changed 3 years ago, but it is experiencing extreme leakage during sleep/shutdown. It appears the system doesn't shutdown properly due to numerous errors:
