Mac Pages: "Before paragraph" spacing in Style doesn't work

I'm using Pages version 14.4
Created a simple document with a defined style for sections (named "header") and it's body (named "body"). Added some updates to "header" style including "before paragraph" spacing (1) I like, clicked update (2). But the other instances of this style were not affected.

UPDATE: "Drop cap" doesn't save it's status as well
