Sandisk SSD portable not detected neither on Mac or Windows

I was watching videos from my SSD external drive on my Mac and the machine suddenly died by low battery. When turned on my SSD doesn't show up literally anywhere except on the USB device tree which is written "Portable SSD". It does not appears on my camera which is connected by USBc-USBc nor iPad or Windows computer that I tried after. I've tried several possible solutions based on people with similar issues. I did try different cables, different devices, restart normal, in Safe Mode, Disk Utility does not show up as well, even clicking on "Show all devices", nor in Diskutil List on Terminal(I don't see it there)... I don't know what else to do. There are really important stuffs in there from work and it's been a stressful situation to deal with. If anybody know any info or any other troubleshoot I can try, I appreciate any help! Thank you! [![sorry its in Portuguese. Its the USB device thee right there.
