I'm running XFCE4 in Termux-X11 on Android. Based on [this reddit thread](https://old.reddit.com/r/xfce/comments/1hicks8/global_app_menu_issue/) , this bug affects some desktop XFCE4 installations too. Here the version numbers on my sustem:

xfce4-appmenu-plugin 24.05 aarch64
xfce4-panel 4.20.3 aarch64

**Question:** Is there a patch or workaround I can apply to fix the AppMenu plugin?
