Samsung Phone with Android 15 Factory Reset Phone without PIN

I bought a used Android 15 Samsung phone from Amazon's WHD, the phone has the previous' users Google account connected. Can I factory reset the phone and use it? This related question does not seem to work for A15. I have ADB available if that could help.
