How do I update my Lineage OS on this older tablet?

I have an LG G Pad 7.0 tablet with Lineage 14.1 OS installed, and I wanted to update the ROM. However, I found that I can't update it through the built-in updater. I am unable to find other versions to install on the device. I want to upgrade to LineageOS 21, but I have no means of doing so. Can anyone help me?
