How to remove the display brightness adjust icon from Quick Settings in RealMe Narzo N61

It has more screens as you swipe right on this. Through the edit Quick Settings options, other options like Airplane Mode, Bluetooth, Torch & other icons can be added or removed from the Quick Settings panel.
However, the Big Fat Display Adjustment Icon doesn't seem to be removable. This is a huge problem because if your hand accidently touches it at the wrong point, you may end up making your display brightness zero and after that it's very difficult to adjust it back higher because you can't see anything.
Is there a way to not have this big one in the Quick Settings?
UPDATE: Looks like this is an Android 14 feature, rather than something specific to the Narzo. I found someone complaining about it but for other reasons.
