How to reinstall the app from the Google Play and do in-game purchases with the new pay profile, not the older one

We moved to another country and the new Google pay profile was created with the new payment card. But in the game acquired before the move we see still the old location and currency. Reinstalling the app also was not helping (even though the new country and payment profile were already visible in the Google Play settings and old payment profile was already deleted and no longer shown).
