Nearby Share/Quick Share not available on My Honor Magic 6 pro. All other Google services work. Any help regarding adding/enabling it?

I own a Honor Magic 6 pro, China edition. It has Google Play services built in and everything works as normal, expect for quick share/nearby share. I can't find it anywhere, I've scoured through the phone to find it. Google Play services Version 25.16.33 (260400-750736914) This is my Google play services built number. Please need some help on how to enable it.
