Trying to set up new phone and want to know if Chrome backup local data like cache and thumbnails to the cloud?

I am trying to set up my new phone and want to understand what information is backed up by chrome in Android/Windows which I can restore. My questions are: Does chrome back up cache, local data like temp files, login data and thumbnails, so that I don't need to set up apps again I new phone, from what I read on internet, apparently not
