Lost one mobile network slot after changing an option in 4636 dialer code

                          I'm using Nokia Android phone. When I dial *#*#4636#*#*#, the testing option is displayed. Scrolling down to radio power options, I mistakenly toggle something like DNS and turn it off. Unfortunately, I have lost one of my network slot for my Android phone.

Please assist me.
