Where do I find Notes?

While driving using **Android Auto**, I often want to take notes. I would like to just message myself - but the pseudo-AI gets highly confused. So, I just say

Take a Note

And I dictate it. It saves it. But I haven't a clue how I can access those notes again, when I get home. Any ideas ? **Note** - It doesn't open another app. Because I invoked Google, I am sure it is saved somewhere in Google space. - I have been doing this on and off for years, as I couldn't take my hands off the wheel. But not knowing how to retrieve them. So, I don't think its the Samsung AI. - "Hey Google" is within Android Auto, so its unlikely to be Samsung.
