How can I set a high priority (or Do Not Disturb) for my BT connection to my Oticon Intent hearing aids while talking on the phone?

Most times the **Samsung** S23+ BT, with LE Audio enabled, connectivity to my **Oticon** Intent hearing aids is great. However, sometimes I think another BT device interferes causing the connectivity to drop (i.e. I can hear the party on the other end but they can not hear me!).
I observe the BT icon on my phone is turned OFF due to this interference. As a result, I am forced to either turn ON the BT icon or turn on the Speaker to allow our conversation to continue. But, many times the other party believes a disconnect and calls me back. Very frustrating!
Is there someway I can set the phone BT priority highest while paired with my HAs to block any other outside BT interference? Or, is there a Do Not Disturb type setting I can invoke real time to block outside BT interference? Or, is there an App I can install that would address the issue in some way?
Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.
