MacBook Pro (M1 2020, Sonoma) keeps restarting after sleep or inactivity

I have MacBook Pro 2020, M1, 16GB RAM, MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60). For the last couple of months when I open my laptop in the morning, I find out that it got restarted. Over the last couple of weeks, this happens on a daily basis and sometimes even a multiple times a day - eg. - I open the laptop in the morning => it got restarted and loading everything from scratch - I close the laptop when I go for lunch, get back, open the laptop => it got restarted - I close the laptop when I go home, open it later in the evening => it got restarted I purchased it in 2020, so there' no warranty anymore. I've got to the point where I am worried to keep any data on it because of the fear of losing it.
