How to read the SMSC (SMS Center) number on iOS?

I want to read (and possibly edit) the Short Message Service Center number of my carrier on iOS. I don’t think there is a user-accessible method for this. My phone is a jailbroken iPhone 6s running iOS 15.
I looked at
/var/mobile/Library/SMS/sms.db, but this file only contains the messages themselves.
