Icon pack toggle switch problem (Mint cinnamon)

I am using Linux Mint Cinnamon. With any theme that I use, the toggle switch icons look like this picture Weird Icon for toggle switch

I have tried running:

sudo gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/*
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache ~/.icons/*

But nothing's working. Not sure what caused this problem. Wonder if anyone can help debug. Any suggestions?
