Stuck in boot loop after installing Linux on Dell Inspiron 3583

I'm completely new to Linux, and I installed **Zorin OS 17.3** using a pen drive. The installation completed normally, but when I restarted my notebook, I got stuck in a loop showing the Dell logo and then the screen turned off. I tried some tutorials, but none of them helped with my problem. So I tried a **Linux Mint ISO (22.1 Cinnamon, 64-bit)**, but I had the same problem again.
