My Samsung tablet events (not Samsung Calendar) not syncing with Google Calendar

This is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G running Android 14 and One UI 6.1. An app for a meeting I'm attending has the option to sync their calendar with my device's calendar. I don't get to choose which. In my Samsung tablet, it syncs with "My tablet -> Events"; see the calendar checked in blue in the following image. This seems different from both my Samsung Calendar and my Google Calendar, and I'm honestly confused as to what it is. More importantly, I'm incapable of syncing it with Google Calendar. Does someone know how I can do that?
