The call will pick up. 2. Notify the caller that the phone call is being recorded for quality assurances. 3. Then it will ring on my end if the person stays on the line. Even better would be if it knows if it's a two-party consent state/country, etc, and plays the message based on the area code. 4. Record the phone call. I suppose in the paid version, you can select certain phone numbers/strangers and groups from one's phone, and it will play to/record, so that you can exempt certain groups. Is it programmable? **Edit:** There is a recording app already, **"All Call Recorder"** it simply doesn't notify the caller. It's possible.
