Native volume boost on Android

So I need to boost the volume of all my devices, including Android. The app or whatever it is needs to work in a way that, whatever device or media is playing using the default volume controls, without interacting with any third-party utility software or whatever, I can increase the volume above 100%. It can be anything, an app, a script, whatever that enables that functionality. It doesn't have to be built-in, but it needs to act as if it's built-in.
