Samsung phone won't stop powering an external display

                          Samsung Galaxy S21 FE powering a portable external display over USB-C. The external display also has its own power connection to the wall via USB-C. Whenever the display isn't receiving power from the wall, it will draw power from the phone.

Is there a way to prevent it from drawing power from the phone when the phone's display is off or at all?
