I have deleted my rooted android phones system folders from pc and when I turned off phone, than turned on it doesn't turning on. how can I install new ROM when it is turned of. it is only showing phone brand logo (Huawei G700)

I've tried *everything*. Saving myself as a contact, and changed the picture. Didn't work. Synced all my google accounts. Didn't work. I'm not even automatically saved in my contacts. I had to save my number, just to get to my voicemail.

Please help me my Huawei Ascend Y530 couldn't capture and save screenshot. It keep telling me that "storage may be in use". I tried to change a SD memory card (from 2Gb to 8GB) but the problem persist. Also the device can not download or upload pictures in whats app. I tried restore factory but the problem persist. What should I do?

I've rooted my Ascend P6 and installed a CWM recovery. I then wanted to flash a TWRP recovery. When I rebooted the phone was stuck on the boot logo. I tried to push boot and recovery Images extracted from the stock firmware but ADB says that remote partition don't exist. I think I've destroyed phone file system. It is stuck at boot logo, and no boot/recovery partitions are recognised by adb. How can fix my phone so that it boots and is usable again?
