Is it possible to copy Skitch from old Macbook Air (M2) to new Macbook Pro (M4) without using Time Machine?

So I am a die-hard Skitch fan (the original screenshot program...not whatever the hell it morphed into). Been using it since 2011? I have "carried it over" from Macbook to Macbook over the past decade and some change. I want to know if there's a way to copy Skitch and associated files on my current Macbook Air M2 onto a USB-C drive and then install it on the new Macbook Pro M4 I am getting. Yes, I know I can do Time Machine, however, I have used this M2 Air as a test bed for countless Docker/etc programs from Github. I prefer to start off with a clean slate on the M4 Macbook Pro. So, I do not think I can simply back up that program and not the system settings (I have installed a ton of stuff from Github that I'm not 100% on from several perspectives including security). And I do not have the original .DMG file. And I know I'm on Apple Silicon and I first downloaded Skitch on the Intel Macbook Pro I had back in the day. So, there's potentially that issue as well. Skitch works perfectly fine on my M2 Macbook Air. However, unsure if I can save it to a USB and then "install" it on the M4 Macbook Pro. And yes, I have tested other screenshot programs. And "meh."

How can I combine multiple screenshots in Skitch?
With Skitch, I often find myself wanting to take screenshots of different parts of the screen, annotating them, and combining them into one image. I could use a separate program for this last step, such as Acorn, but is it possible to do this from within Skitch?

How to get non Hi-Res image in Skitch?
I have a Macbook Pro Retina. When I capture an image in Skitch, it is always twice the size. I shrink them back down via Preview for social media. Is there some way to make Skitch capture in non Hi-Res mode? Or is there a tool that can quickly reduce these images by 1/2?

How can I disable Skitch's "Discard Skitch Note" dialog when quitting?
I recently installed Skitch Version 2.8 (264391) and it keeps prompting me with an annoying popup window asking if I'm sure I want to "Discard Skitch Note" prior to quitting. How can I disable this? [![ss01][1]][1] [1]: https://i.sstatic.net/wOYB4.png

Transferring Skitch history to new Mac
I bought a new MacBook and am wanting to transfer my Skitch history. I've copied all of the `.skitch` files from `~/Pictures/Skitch` on my old MacBook, but Skitch isn't showing them in the history list on my new MacBook Pro. Any ideas?

What's the fastest way to get a screenshot from Skitch into OmniFocus? When you drag and drop an image into OmniFocus, it only creates a link to the image, rather than embedding it. One way to do this is to drag and drop the image from Skitch to finder, and then from finder to OmniFocus by holding down the command key, but this is tedious, especially when I need to do it many times. Another way is to drop onto finder, and then right-click and choose to attach and embed in OmniFocus, but this too is time consuming. Is there any way to drag the image directly from Skitch into OmniFocus and have the image be embedded in the task?

I am using Skitch Plus to take screenshots of applications running on my Mac, and I have noticed it has an option to set the background. screenshot What I still have to understand is when that option is used. As it is evident from the screenshot, it is not used when I take a screenshot of part of the screen, and (from the following screenshot) when I take a screenshot of the full screen. screenshot Does anybody know when the transparent background is ever used? I am using the Mac OS X Lion; is the option not working in this Mac OS X, but working for previous versions?
