Is there some app I can use to remotely turn on and off my Pixel 9a's hotspot from my computer?

# The Requirements I want an app that I can use on both my phone and computer that allows me to: - Turn on and off my hotspot of my phone from my PC, i.e. doesn't automatically turn on when I open my PC - Works fully from my computer without me having to interact with my phone except for first-time setup - (Preferably) Can do it simply (and without bloat), i.e. not having to remotely control the whole phone screen. Additional useful features are fine, but I don't want to have to go through the phone UI from my computer in order to enable the hotspot. - (Optionally) Doesn't require my computer to have Internet access, only Bluetooth. - (Preferably) Can automatically connect my computer to my phone's hotspot without me having to type in the password (Instant Hotspot) - (Preferably) FOSS - (Preferably) Has a UI, and is not an automation app running on my phone that checks for a bluetooth connection from my laptop. I found that this solution is problematic because my laptop and phone will try to constantly auto-connect when paired, leading to the hotspot automatically turning on. If you can find a solution with Tasker that prevents this issue, I would love to hear it, although a dedicated app with this feature would be preferred. # My Devices Windows 11, Framework 13 laptop with Wi-fi and Bluetooth.\ Android 16, Pixel 9a, rooted using KernelSU Next. # Apps I've tried - Windows Phone Link - Instant Hotspot : Doesn't support the Instant Hotspot feature on my phone, only a select few Galaxy and Samsung phones are supported. - AirDroid - the app is quite bloated, requires me to remotely control my phone to turn on the hotspot, and requires internet access on both devices to function - KDEConnect - the majority of features seem broken on windows, and I couldn't figure out a way to remotely enable the hotspot
