Why does a successful`load mod_erlang_event` throw errors and has its C-node eventually exit in `fs_cli`?

Installing a list of packages from an URL
I'm trying to install a new version of RabbitMQ on my Raspberry Pi 3, running a new raspbian image (based on debian 9). I'm trying to install a new version of RabbitMQ on my Raspberry Pi 3, running a new raspbian image (based on debian 9).
I was following the installation guide for Debian/Ubuntu, which worked for me on Ubuntu 18.04, but not on raspbian: https://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html
Whatever I tried to do according to the guide to force the use of their own repository (creating /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bintray.erlang.list and /etc/apt/preferences.d/erlang), when I do
apt-get install erlang-nox I get a version 19.2.1 from another repository. This version does not work with newer rabbitmq-server releases, and has security holes too.
So now instead, I want to manually install the erlang-nox packages, found here on the rabbitmq repository: http://dl.bintray.com/rabbitmq/debian/pool/erlang/21.0.5-1/debian/stretch/
How could I download the packages and install them all at once? Do I have to copy paste the name of all of these?
Edit: I noticed there is a erlang_21.0.5-1_all.deb package at the bottom of the list, tried to download it and install it, but as it turns out it does not contain all the packages at all, it is only 36 KB.

I installed rabbitmq on kali linux. I started the service
sudo systemctl start rabbitmq-server
Then I tried to enable the management plugin
rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_management
But I am getting this error:
Error when reading ./.erlang.cookie: eacces
Looks like I am not not authorized to read from the cookie. How can I resolve this?
I tried this
sudo chmod 600 ./.erlang.cookie
and
sudo chmod 600 /var/lib/rabbitmq/.erlang.cookie
but did not help

Raspbian - Permission Denied when broadcasting message

I am using the Elixir/ Erlang package on raspbian to try and build a simple UDP send/receive app. For information, I am using [this tutorial](https://bgmarx.com/2019/05/05/sending-and-receiving-udp/) .
When I try to send the UDP packet to the network on the broadcast IP address given to my
eth0 interface, I am getting a "Permission denied" message.
Is it really not allowed to broadcast UDP messages to the network from linux? And if so, how to give permission to a specific package to broadcast messages? I have tested it with localhost IP address 127.0.0.1 and I am getting no error.

Where do I find files specific to a user?

I've been having a problem connecting to my rabbitmq server when I start it on my local machine. Apparently the erlang cookie of the server, running on my local machine, does not match the cookie on my local machine. I found an old post on the internet explaining that such a problem when running on a local machine can be caused by the fact that I'm not running rabbitmq as a rabbitmq user which is created for you by the installer. So I did just that and started rabbitmq as rabbitmq user, with the following command.
sudo -H -u rabbitmq bash /usr/lib/rabbitmq/bin/rabbitmq-server
How does it really work? Since I don't have a dedicated folder for the user rabbitmq I want to understand where erlang cookie can be saved for the mentioned user, so that it does not match the cookie inside MY home folder (it IS there). Also I would like to know how the command --set-home would work in the context of the given command given such user does not (to my understanding) have a home directory.

Erlang for RabbitMQ on CentOS release 6.4 (Final)

It gives me the following error :

I can't find solution for libodbc.so.1

Installing RabbitMQ & Erlang without root
So this client has a lot of internal regulations and has issues getting root access. While RabbitMQ has a "generix Linux" install that doesn't require root access, it still relies on ErLang Is there a "generic" or non-root intall or Erlang ? It would be for a Centos/RHEL type Linux Thanks a lot
