Retrieve expired WhatsApp backup

Two years ago my phone was stolen and I had very important messages saved in my WhatsApp backup. I still have the IMEI of the stolen phone and the exact date of the backup, but the backup has already expired. It used to show up in Google Drive, but now it doesn’t.
