Can You help me to restore one whatsapp backup copy maybe one Google assistant? Is emergency please i need help

A year ago, my phone was stolen and I had very important messages saved in my WhatsApp backup. I still have the IMEI of the stolen phone and the exact date of the backup, but the backup has already expired, it doesnt appear in My email or Drive I saved it in. It used to show up in Google Drive, but now it doesn’t. That means the backup has expired i guess. Is there any way to recover that expired backup? Phone Data: Motorola Moto G53 5G.
