How to install Adobe Air in AVD?
I developed an Android application using Adobe Flash Professional and I need to try it with a virtual device. I failed to install Adobe Air under AVD and Genymotion. For Genymotion, some services are limited in the case of the free version. Can someone describe how to fix my problem?

Have been playing about flashing modded firmware to an older android device which has an arm v6 processor and have been disappointed in not being able to view any media through bbciplayer either through the app or online.
Checking out the bbc help pages regarding this is confusing as they confirm bbciplayer should run on android 2.1 and up. The fairly recent addition of needing the bbcmediaplayer installed to play any bbc media through either the bbciplayer app or their website means that this device appears to be unable to play bbciplayer media at all. After researching on bbc's help pages this is due to bbciplayer using adobe air 3 for which demands arm v7 minimum specification.

Why does Google Play Store say that Adobe Air is incompatible with the Huawei U8510 phone?
I looked at the [publisher's system requirements](http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/air/tech-specs.html) for Adobe Air. How can I figure out why the store says the device is incompatible, and whether that conclusion is correct? I would prefer an answer that didn't involve installing the SDK, but if it requires reading and comparing device.prop and the APK, please provide a link to suitable directions.

I'm planning to buy a Sony Xperia Mini Pro, with the physical keyboard, not the x10 mini, but the latest one.
The sony xperia mini pro is not listed on [Adobe's flash compatible devices list](http://www.adobe.com/flashplatform/certified_devices/)
I plan to use it for development and I also plan to develop apps in Adobe AIR, can somebody with a Sony Xperia Mini Pro confirm they are able to download and install [Adobe AIR](https://market.android.com/details?id=com.adobe.air) from the market, and run AIR and flash apps on this phone?
Thanks

I've installed Adobe Air, and I have a few AIR apps that I have built over time and am curious to see how they will look running on the device, but am not clear on how to install them.
I uploaded the app to the phone but clicking on the .air file doesn't provoke an installation process, instead, it just opens the browser and attempts to display it (and fails, obviously).

Does air have access to all the neat features of Android? Such as access the contacts or the SD card? Need some help understanding how my Air application will perform on Droid. Should I still develop Android specif apps, or is Air ready for prime time?
