Unlock when sliding out physical keyboard
I got a Xperia Mini Pro with a physical keyboard. When I slide out the keyboard, it still have to slide on the screen to unlock it. Can I get to the password prompt with the keyboard movement alone?

I own a "**Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro**" (model number **SK17i**) running **Android 2.3.3** (**Kernel 2.6.32.8-perf**, build number **4.0.A.2.335**). It's **branded by Orange Austria**. **I'm looking for a way to root it**, but all I could find doesn't help. I've read the [xda-devel thread on rooting my phone](https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1216783) and followed the [xda-guide](https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16659481&postcount=33) mentioned there. That doesn't work as planned.
The problem seems to be the branding. Fastboot won't recognize my device since I'm not able to unlock the boot loader. The phone just goes to normal charging mode, when I press [volume down] while connecting the USB cable (volume up will do nothing).
Hence my question: **Is there a workaround to unlock the bootloader or an alternative way of rooting?** I looked and found a method of [unlocking the bootloader using the device's testpoint](https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285285) . According to one post there, the author succeded in unlocking his orange branded phone. For me the method described there results in a frozen s1tool and no effect on my Xperia.

Now it seems that nothing can be done if
dial *#*#7378423#*#* -> "Service Info" -> "Configuration" -> "Bootloader unlock allowed:" says No.

Settings > Language & keyboard > International Keyboard > Text input settings > Learn words) that learns from user input and adds them to the autocorrect dictionary. Over time however this has resulted in many misspelled words also being added to my autocorrect suggestions. I want to start this over from a fresh canvas. So how do I reset my autocorrect dictionary? When I go to Language & keyboard > User dictionary so I'm guessing Sony Ericsson uses its own keyboard replacement with its own user dictionary store.

Icon keeps disappearing from app drawer in CM9
I installed [Cyanogenmod 9.0.0 mango][1] on my Xperia mini pro. Everything works fine...except for the built-in launcher's app drawer. What happens is that every time I reboot the phone, the rightmost app shortcut / widget / icon that I place in the app drawer keeps disappearing. 
I can replace the icon and it stays there, but only as long as I don't reboot the phone. Why is this happening and / or how can I solve it?

I'd like to know if apps are closing correctly but I can't find any app which tell me which apps are runing (without mixing with the running services).
My guess is that may be the services (facebook, what's app, etc) are trying to connect and if I'm not connected to wifi there is no internet so they will keep trying and trying... Could it be the cause?

Currently I have **Maverick 1.94** Lite. When I press the back button, Maverick only hides to background. (The same as if I pressed home button). I don't see anywhere in menu an option to exit.
I wish to avoid task killers, or switching of my phone in order to quit Maverick.
How do I **exit** from Maverick?

All the issues I googled are that the network is visible, but the connection fails. In my case the network is NOT visible.
From my PC the connection to that network works fine.
I can NOT access the configuration of the router. (E.g.: Change the encryption to WPA.)
My phone is Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro (SK17i). Android version 2.3.4.
