Google talk/voice not ringing on my PC when I am logged in on my Android phone

I use my Google voice number as my main number at my desk. The calls ring in Gmail and I answer them there as well as make calls there from my address book. With fellow Gmail/GApps users, I also receive calls via the "voice chat" feature in GMail. However, ever since I got my Galaxy S3, if I am not active in the GMail window, voice chats ring only on my phone and Google Voice calls do not ring at all unless I go back and do something in the GMail window prior to the call. The calls just ring and ring and eventually go to voicemail (in the case of Google Voice calls). Google voice is configured to send calls only to my PC - I do not want to receive calls on my Android while I am at my desk.

TTS versus TalkBack
What is the difference between Text-to-Speech and TalkBack and Google Talk? (also, I am unable to open the TalkBack tutorial on my Samsung Galaxy SIII Neo Android 4.4.2 (it just crashes the Settings app)). Any idea where I may find a better tutorial? Thanks.

(Motorola Droid, Android 2.2.2) My new employer uses Google Apps to manage e-mail etc. They're also big into instant messaging for intra-company communication. On my device I have my personal account and have added my company account so I can use Gmail for either, have consolidated calendar, etc. However, the Google Talk app is tied to my main (personal) Google account. I can't see a way to get it to use the company account or, better, allow both accounts to be active. How can I use Google Talk with a secondary account?

my samsung galaxy s2 (android 2.3.4, kernel 2.6.35.7, build gingerbread.xwki4) does not always beeps when I get google talk messages (I'am not using social hub, just native Talk app) also it does not display message on the top of the screen I can't figure out when the notification works and when it doesn't work, is it that because I already answered to the person? but I would like to be still notified if I don't have gtalk opened if a notification does not work for a certain contact it still works for new people starting conversation, however it is not clear for me when it should beep and when it is intentional that it does not beep is there a way to configure notification to always beep when a certain application isn't opened?

Now, when I chat with people through Google Talk, I got all message mixed up because the received messages arrive with the sender time. If the answer is faster than my forwarded minutes, it appears before my message. Example: Phone 1 time Phone 2 time Sender Message time Message 08:01 08:18 Phone 1 08:01 I'm fine 08:00 08:17 Phone 2 08:17 How are you? Is there anything I can set up (beside the right phone time) to avoid this?

Why there are two chat tools like this? *Update* The funny thing is that Google+ Messenger is used for chatting with Google+ users from Android phone. But when I log in my Google+ page, I can ONLY talk with Talk friends !?!? I want to continue my last chat with a friend on Google+ from my PC, but now I cannot. So funny! enter image description here

But if I receive a message in Google Talk while the application isn't open, the notification sound is at full volume. I have notification volume cranked up to maximum in Android's settings, and Google Talk doesn't seem to have a separate setting for this that I've been able to locate. How do I get my notifications to be played at full volume in Google Talk? The device is a Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX with Jelly Bean 4.1.2.

If it isn't an official gtalk version, I'd appreciate if at least it was as good, integrated and non-bloated as it is, such as: • integrated with address book • downloads whole conversation (as opposite of just displaying new messages) • plain and simple

I have three Gmail accounts. All of them are configured on my Samsung Galaxy 5. My phone is on Wi-Fi almost every time so accounts are always active. Gmail has an ability to chat. The problem is when I connect to one of my Gmail accounts using computer, I can only see in gTalk that only one my Gmail account is active, online. Always one and always the same... though all three accounts are online on my phone and ready to receive mails or talks. Others are always shown as offline. Maybe there is a program which helps to do this, or maybe the idea is that this active account is the first on my phone? Is it possible to do that all accounts would be shown as active in gTalk? Thank You all in advance.
