I run LineageOS 19 on the Pixel 3a. Pretty regularly I'm told my call quality (microphone on my end) sounds awful. What might cause this? By using [this](https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/259322/how-can-i-force-a-recording-with-a-specific-microphone) , I think I isolated the issue. Recording in unprocessed 3gpp aac-lc mode sounds awful. I think software (including the phone/dialer?) is falling back to AAC-LC during stressful situations (for me, often when speaker is turned on?). I also get this issue in Discord calls on speakerphone. Enabling wi-fi calling with mint mobile seems to have helped though I still don't understand the root cause. It's not a hardware issue because the microphone sounds crystal clear in other settings of the same app.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+, and the microphone is disabled whenever I switch from Discord to the home screen (only if the screen stream is on). I've tried almost every possible way except using ADB commands to set my microphone as "always" since there is no such option in settings. So, is there a way to set the microphone always on for Discord via ADB commands?

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 on Android 7.1.1. After being inside the "Voice channel" and after closing the Discord app, my status bar looks like this, and the sound is still transmitted. How to make the Discord application only use the microphone when it's active? Or at least make Discord stop using the microphone when I close the application.

How do you scroll through Discord servers on the Discord app? I figured out how to do it on a laptop/desktop. On that platform, it's a mouse wheel, touchpad, or AutoHotkey shortcut to simulate scrolling. But how do you do it on Android in the Discord app?

On a realme gt master edition with Android 13, I have used the app cloning feature from the system to create a clone of the Discord app. This cloned instance always turns into landscape mode when I'm tilting my phone even-though the auto-rotation setting is disabled. This does not happen on the "main" version of the app. After browsing a little I found that there was a related bug in Discord about one year ago, and when testing with other application it seems that the clones respect the rotation setting properly. This therefore seems to be a Discord-specific issue. Is there any workaround I can use to block it from going into landscape mode?

How can I screen-record phone or Discord calls with sound? I tried the in-built screen recorder and the set of task-related apps but unfortunately the first does not work and the second type either screen records soundlessly or does not screen record at all when it comes to calls. How can I manage to circumvent the whole block? Does it relate only to Android or every system? I want to record on the device itself and not with another device.

I have a Moto G7 that is 2 years old. Some apps take a super long time to open. In general, the phone is pretty responsive, but 1/5th of apps are nearly unusable. Right now, I am having pretty severe issues with Discord. The app works on the phone but takes ~80 seconds to open when I have other things open. If I have closed everything else on my phone, it will take around 30 seconds to open. When doing a video call via Discord, one can turn off each friend's video feed. That is, if one is using the desktop client. It is possible on the desktop, but, curiously, not trivial in the metered connection of the cellphone... I tried: long-pressing the person, looking into video configurations, searching both in search.brave.com and Google, and found no solution. Is there any way to achieve it?

My phone is an LG K40+. Sometimes when I'm on a call on Discord, it'll disconnect from the call. I'm connected via WiFi and the quality is fine, so I don't think it's an internet issue. Is there any way to prevent this behavior?
