Where can I see all the learned/ignored spelling in Pages 5.5?
I've added some words that are not in the standard Apple dictionary in Pages 5.5 via the 'learn'/'ignore spelling' function. Is there any way where I can see a comprehensive list of the words that I have added to the 'learn'/'ignore' list? Thanks.

hunspell

, and find / -name '*.dic'

I know I can dowload dictionaries from OpenOffice etc., but I'd like to find the ones bundled with OS X.
**EDIT** To clarify, there are at least two kinds of dictionaries in OS X:
- Definitions used in Dictionary.app. I'm not interested in those.
- Word lists used by the system spellchecker (red dotted lines). I know OS X uses hunspell because [the hunspell website](http://hunspell.sourceforge.net/) says so, and there are numerous posts on how to add new ones ((https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/11827/easy-way-to-install-additional-spell-check-dictionaries-for-os-x) , (https://code.google.com/p/texworks/wiki/SpellingDictionaries)) . Just, I don't want to add new ones but use the English one that obviously comes with the system.

Library/Spelling does not remember the words I store in it
I understand that on Mac I can write words in `~/Library/Spelling/LocalDictionary` so the computer remembers this word and stop correcting it. I added some words to the dictionary but my computer is still correcting them as I write. Any clue what I could do ?

I have document that was created in Pages for Mac with the correct spelling/language (not English) settings for each paragraph. However, when I now try to edit this document using Pages for iCloud the spelling is set to English.
I have read several support documents about this
Pages for iCloud: Work in other languages
Pages for iCloud: Search, replace, and spell-check text
iCloud: Change the language or time zone on iCloud.com
as well as some "third party" suggestions, all to no avail.
I have made sure that the correct language is my primary language in my browser (Chrome), in my OS (Win 10), changed the language of the iCloud UI (through Settings), changed the format used by iCloud (also via Settings) but my document is still spelled in English.
I believe the first link above explains how one create a completely new document in a certain language but my document already exists.
How do I change the language used for spell-check on an existing document?

But on iPhone if I do the same thing I’ll get 3 suggestions to choose from AND they're not in the way. This is great for when I'm not sure how to spell something.
Can I get the same thing on my Mac too? I want to be able to get more than 1 suggestion for when I don't know how to spell something.

Is there any way for me to get all of the words detected by the standard OS X spelling checker as mistakes, to be corrected to the first available choice using a keyboard shortcut?
E.g. I type
aqcuired
and several words/sentences later I look up from the keyboard and see the typo. Instead of reaching for the mouse or tediously navigating there with the keyboard for a manual correction, I'd like to just hit some key combination and get it to be fixed to the obvious correction acquired
...
Any solution which is applescript based will also do, since I can easily trigger any applescript from the keyboard (using iKey).

I will often type a brand name or other word that the iOS text correction dictionary thinks is a typo or misspelled.
This adds a red squiggly line under the offending word. Screenshot from Apple iOS Notes app:
Tapping on the red word may suggest an auto-correction:
Or if there are no suggestions, it says "No Replacements Found"
However there does not appear to be an option to remember this spelling for future uses. In Microsoft Word this was traditionally the "Add to Dictionary" menu item action.
In Apple's Pages app for macOS, this feature is called "Learn Spelling" and/or "Ignore Spelling":
How can I add a word to the iOS dictionary, or otherwise hide the red squiggly line under "misspelled" words that I want to use in the future?

In Lion, auto correct keeps changing all my -ize spellings to -ise. Not what I want!
Can any of you suggest a clever way (perhaps a perl script?) to quickly add all -ize variants of corresponding -ise spellings to the local dictionary?
Note: the suggestion "switch to US spellings" is not acceptable!

8. Reopen TextEdit.
9. Type the same word again.
10. Observe it is *still* recognised (not squiggly-underlined), despite no longer being in the local dictionary.
It seems the problem here is that there is some sort of cache maintained by macOS that is not refreshed. If I right-click on the word in TextEdit to remove it from the local dictionary instead of editing the file, it is indeed no longer recognised; i.e., this appears to update the cache.
Is there any way I can manually refresh the cache of local dictionary words?

This should work in all native textfields. The solution should not be limited to a single app.
It's already possible to Right Click a misspelled word. I'd like a keyboard shortcut to bring up a similar feature, so that I don't have to manually Right Click each word individually.
The feature could correct each word, one-by-one, allowing you to select each correction. Or, it could use the best guess for *all* misspelled words in the document.
