Wireless Android Auto not working on ASUS Zenfone 8 (but does with other phones)

I have an ASUS Zenfone 8 running Android 13.
When I try to use Android Auto in my car, it only works when I connect via a USB cable. My car supports wireless Android Auto and this does work with other Android phones, but no matter what I try the Zenfone just won't play ball.
The phone recognises that a wireless AA connection is available and asks me to "continue on my car screen" but nothing appears on the screen. Even if I try to force a connection via the car, it just says "connection failed".
The car pairs with the phone via Bluetooth no problem, but just won't launch wireless AA.
As I say, it has no problem with other Android phones so this must be Zenfone specific.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Recover data from Asus Zenfone 4 in special case

My Asus Zenfone 4 (ZE554KL) started to be slow and sometimes it crashed and restarted, and then it went back to normal. It stayed that way for months. Last week, the bar containing the buttons to access the apps disappeared, and the only thing I could access was the top bar, scrolling down, but I couldn't access anything except the Settings. In the Settings, none of the changes I made worked, and it always ended up crashing and restarting.
At a certain point, I decided to try starting in safe mode, so I pressed the shortcut and it worked. It started normally, but a few moments later it simply restarted, and right after the Asus logo screen, it fell straight to TWRP, on a screen asking for a password to decrypt and mount. I tried every possible password I've ever used on my phone but none worked.
I tried to cancel and go to File Explorer, and there I got a surprise: Internal storage was listed as 0 MB. I tried to connect my cell phone via USB cable to the PC, entering fastboot mode and only the SD card appeared (where I didn't save anything).
To recap the problems are as follows:
* My Android does not start, it goes straight to TWRP asking for a password to decrypt and mount the data.
* When I click cancel and try to access files through TWRP's file explorer, my phone's internal storage is listed as 0 MB.
* When trying to enter fastboot mode through TWRP and connect the phone to the PC, only the SD card appears, where I never saved anything.
* I need to save my WhatsApp data that is not saved in the cloud or locally, being just the application data and being all the most important work in my life, WhatsApp remains connected via WhatsApp Web, and I can only access recent messages, and I know that soon it will disconnect because my cell phone does not start Android anymore.
I saved important things on my WhatsApp, and as my cell phone's storage was always full, I never made a local backup, nor on the Google account because I didn't have any account with enough free memory (I had a lot of things saved, they exceeded 15GB). My WhatsApp is still connected through WhatsApp Web but I don't know for how long, and I can only access the most recent messages because the oldest ones can only be accessed through the cell phone.

I have quite an old mobile phone Asus Zenfone 4 Max (ZC520KL, X00HD_4) with Android 8.1.0.
When starting, it asks for the schema to unlock then it restarts indefinitely, showing some recovering options (try again or restart).
- I restarted with the **volume down** + **power** buttons to have further recovery options.
- I have tried to wipe the cache partition before restarting, without any success.
I would like to avoid wiping data as I received my new mobile phone the day of the old one's crash. I would like to recover data.
If I run graphics tests, the test is failing (I have no further details).
Last_logs
file is showing this error:
>Libc: access denied finding property ro.sf.lcd.density
W:Failed to read max brightness: permission denied
>
>Kmsg_logs:\
/soc/qcom,cam_smmu/msm_cam_smmu_cb1: could not get #iommu-cells for soc/qcom,iommu@1e0000
Is there any way to fix this issue? Is there any hidden shell that I could run on the mobile to set the missing parameter and maybe make the mobile start? I cannot install any application as I cannot start the mobile.
If not, is there any way to copy the data from the mobile to the computer? I cannot go further than the recovery menu.
I would like to avoid running a factory reset not to lose data, but if I have no choice, is there any way to recover the reset data?
I have no Google recovery, nor SD card in the mobile as it was not detecting it for a few months. It seems the debug mode is disabled as adb devices
does not show anything. I don't know how to use fastboot correctly.
**EDIT**
Unfortunately, I have wiped data by running a factory reset. I think I have lost the last 2 years photos without any possible recovery. If someone could confirm or not, as I could continue hoping or not

So, my relative has been using an ASUS Memopad 7 for a while now, and she's been having some trouble with it lately. Namely, many of the apps are now basically unusable and almost always crash with "Unfortunately, [app] has stopped". I've tried checking it before but couldn't find any obvious problems (like lack of disk space, etc). I also tried installing an app to check the system logs (I believe it was named CatLog) but couldn't find anything relevant.
During the past couple of days, the problem became significantly worse. The tablet would always pop an alert "Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped", and after you dismiss it with [OK], the alert pops up again, repeat ad infinitum. The tablet is practically unusable now.
Complicating things is that it's difficult to get the thing to even boot. If I restart it, it loads into a black screen with the Asus logo and a spinning loading icon and stays there forever.
She says she can get it to boot sometimes but only after restarting several times (I don't have the patience for it, I've never gotten it to boot)
I've already managed to back up her relevant data, so I suggested that I do a factory reset. So I hold Power and Volume Up during startup and boot into the following menu:
There's an error message there, IDK if it's relevant.
From the Droidboot Menu, I choose "Recovery" and it reboots again. This time, it boots into a screen with a dead Android mascot and the text "No command".
At this point, I'm not sure how to proceed. The Volume buttons are unresponsive. Tapping Power does nothing. If I leave it in this state for a while, it proceeds to try to boot and gets stuck again at the loading icon I showed in the first image.
Any advice as to how I can get this tablet back into a usable state?
