I have the ColorNote app installed on Android. How do I go about printing the notes and the calendar events? I am able to "view" all the data from the last backup. I am able to send an email to myself of a .doc file that was generated before I signed up for online sync. How do I print out the doc file? Microsoft Word is unable to read this .doc file.

I have been using the app for years before I started caring about privacy concerns. Now I backed up all my notes to my hard drive and wish to wipe them from the app, so I want to know: Should I erase them manually, then delete my account? Just delete the account directly ? Erase the notes and request an account deletion from the devs themselves? How can I make sure there aren't backed-up versions remaining on their servers?* **Their privacy policy says: "Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion."**

I saw in https://android.stackexchange.com/q/35207/44325 that I could open the colornote.db file that was stored on /data/data/com.socialnmobile.dictapps.notepad.color.note/databases/ with a DB SQLite browser. I think it must be outdated because there is no databases folder but files and cache folders instead. Therefore, I did a manual backup and I saw that the backup file was given a name of (whatever).doc extension. And when I opened that .doc file, I saw strange characters. How can I open that file correctly?

I have "Colornote" app in my android device and I'm using that app for many years. I write my passwords and many other personal things. My workplace has wifi and I use it regularly. Often my notes gets synced when I use that wifi. Can my employer read my notes? Colornote says they use AES encryption. I don't understand what it means. Many times, I use public wifi too. When I use public wifi, can they read my passwords and personal notes? Also can they read other word and google doc app documents that I have saved in phone and get synced when I'm online? And if answers of the above questions are yes, will installing and using Norton360 VPN app secure my notes? Thanks.
